Terms & Conditions koi234 – Platform Terms of Use for Malaysia

To register for and use koi234's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• Must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• A valid Malaysian resident or citizen with an active Malaysian mobile number.
• Not listed among individuals who have been banned or restricted by koi234 for reasons of security, fraud, or prior terms violations.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion program that you previously requested through koi234's responsible gambling feature.
• Act on your own behalf – registering on behalf of another individual is strictly prohibited.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active koi234 account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name, another person's name, false information, or a combination of identities — is a serious violation of these terms. If koi234 detects multiple account ownership, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and the entire balance across all such accounts will be forfeited without any refund to the account holder.

Koi234 reserves the right to request identity verification from members at any time. Documents that may be requested include a copy of the Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or proof of current address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

Koi234 supports a range of payment methods widely used in Malaysia to make deposits and withdrawals as convenient as possible. Accepted methods include:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – minimum deposit RM10, withdrawals to TNG are processed within 10–20 minutes.
• GrabPay – minimum deposit RM10, withdrawals to GrabPay are processed within 10–20 minutes.
• Boost – minimum deposit RM10.
• ShopeePay – minimum deposit RM10.
• DuitNow – direct bank-to-bank transfer, minimum deposit RM10.
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) – supports Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, Bank Islam, and other major Malaysian banks. Minimum deposit RM10.

All deposits must come from an account or e-wallet registered in the koi234 member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or e-wallets are prohibited and may result in account suspension and further investigation. For winning withdrawals, koi234 processes requests within 10 to 30 minutes for amounts below RM10,000. Withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 may require additional identity verification and will be processed within 24 business hours. koi234 reserves the right to request proof of the original deposit method for verification purposes before processing any withdrawal. There is no limit on the number of daily withdrawals, and no processing fee is charged for standard withdrawals.

Koi234 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The general bonus terms at koi234 are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: For new members who have never made a deposit before. Each member is eligible for the welcome bonus once only, for the lifetime of their membership. Rollover between x8 and x15 depending on the bonus type selected.
• Deposit Bonus: Credited automatically or via manual claim in accordance with the relevant promotion terms. The standard rollover is x10. Bonus expiry is 7 to 14 days from the date of credit.

In the event of a conflict between a provider's rules and koi234's terms, koi234's terms shall prevail.

• Results recorded in the koi234 system are final and binding. In the event of a discrepancy between the on-screen display and the system records, the system records shall prevail.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, koi234 will use the last valid recorded state to determine the outcome. Any incomplete rounds caused by a technical failure on koi234's end will be voided and the wager refunded.
• Advertised jackpot winnings are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and the actual amount may vary based on the exchange rate if the jackpot is part of an international network.
• For Sports Betting, results are based on the official score at the end of the match (including extra time where applicable). Whether extra time and penalties are included depends on the type of betting market selected.

Koi234 maintains a fair and safe playing environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Identity fraud: Using another person's name, identification number, or personal details to register or operate a koi234 account.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once, or using systematic methods to unfairly exploit koi234's promotional offers.
• Money laundering: Using the koi234 platform to transfer or conceal proceeds from illegal activities. koi234 cooperates fully with Malaysian authorities in any related investigations.
• Use of unauthorized software: Using automated bots, artificial intelligence software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in any game on koi234.
• System disruption: Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with koi234's technical infrastructure in any way.
• Collusion: Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Poker and multiplayer games.
• Deposit chargeback: Filing a chargeback with a payment provider after a valid deposit has been processed at koi234.

Koi234 operates a sophisticated fraud detection system running 24/7 to identify and investigate suspicious activity. koi234's decisions regarding terms violations are final and non-appealable once an investigation has concluded.

Koi234 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failed identity verification or submission of invalid documents.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or system exploitation.
• Requests from Malaysian law enforcement authorities.
• Inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member through the responsible gambling feature.

For account closures due to a terms violation, koi234 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including deposits, winnings, and any unclaimed bonuses. For closures due to other reasons — such as inactivity or a member's own request — any valid balance will be returned to the member upon completion of the necessary verification process.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, koi234 shall not be held liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from game outcomes that are unfavourable to the member.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, connectivity issues on the member's end, or circumstances beyond koi234's control (force majeure).
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing due to the internal policies of third-party payment providers.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the koi234 platform.

Koi234 reserves the right to amend, update, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to members. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the koi234 website.

It is each member's responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest version. The "Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent amendment was made. Continued use of the koi234 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes the member's acceptance of and agreement to those changes.

If you disagree with any amendments made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any valid remaining balance. Please contact the koi234 support team to initiate a proper account closure.

• Second stage: If a resolution is not reached at the first stage, both parties agree to refer the dispute to mediation before initiating any legal proceedings.
• Third stage: Should mediation fail, the dispute will be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.

The official language for all communications, agreements, and proceedings related to these terms is Bahasa Melayu and English. In the event of any conflict between the two language versions, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
